Day 15

Good Morning and Merry Monday to you all…

We hope you’ve all had an enjoyable weekend. We certainly have!

Last week closed with a first for us both. Thursday evening we attended a Pot-Luck dinner party, something that the UK is yet to adopt. It was a great evening and such a fantastic opportunity to meet complete strangers and get to know each other over a feast of food of varying nationalities. All the host needs to do is wash up… We hope to host one in the near future, you’re all invited.

On Friday we used our space to hold a development workshop for our collaborative project, ‘Doubles’. The show on the 31st should be a real experience for audience members. We have moved onto tightening our collaborative theme, thus focusing more on the idea of a double personality. Without giving too much away, the audience are expected to feel uncomfortable and confused in an environment that they considered themselves familiar to.

And then our weekend began, it has been nice to slow the pace and experience what the locals do in their spare time, they really do know how to have fun.
